OMG flashbacks to when lived near to Lush in Poole...It stank the whole industrial estate out like a bad air freshener ;-)

Good offer buuuuut... I would never need £55 of soap. Theres only so many I can give to my g/f as a gift before it starts to look weird!
#8
Don't forget valentines day is coming up soon and women love this stuff, and its not just soap lol. voted hot !

Woooers
Good offer buuuuut... I would never need £55 of soap. Theres only so many I can give to my g/f as a gift before it starts to look weird!

They don;t just sell soap. They sell hand cream, body creams and lotions, deoderant, shampo, conditioner, bubble bath, bath bombs/fizzers all sorts.

I love the smell of the shop. We don;t have one around here but when I go into Norwich I always go in the shop, you can smell the shop down the road lol. My hubby says it stinks but I love it. :)

I don't know much about the terrorist debate but I do know last year half the products in the boxes I received were soap! I still have a pile of it here as I don't use it - although I like the rest of the stuff they do. I don't know if they show you what you will get or whether it will be a sealed box. So for me, its not such a great offer if its anything like last years stuff - far too much soap (good I suppose if you like bars of soap - but who uses soap with glitter :?????).

Looks like its a male thing then, whenever I'm dragged in the shop I end up with a headache from the smells, its incredibly overpowering in there.

Me, I love to glitter. In fact, I choose the glittery soaps over standard ones! :-D

You don't spend, for example, £15 then get a free bag, the bags cost £15 (as said this is for £50 or more items, a £5 is worth £15 or more and the £10 is worth £35...) I got this info when I went in to get mine today.
My bag was well worth it, I would highly reccommend.:thumbsup:
#29
im sorry if i sound like a pleb.... (no used that word in ages) so i go in buy a bag of stuff for £15 and it has got stuff worth over £50?

Great deal, voted hot. Just went n grabbed some stuff for the little lady...

Just to make it totally clear for everyone: this deal is NOT a "spend £15 on something AND ALSO get a bag of goodies worth £50", it is "get a bag of goodies worth £50 for only £15" :thumbsup:

There seems to be another deal though, that noone has mentioned yet, so maybe not all branches are doing it - Derby shop also had £20 bags which are BIG and contained £70 (maybe a bit more?) worth of stuff. You can easily see what you get, since the majority of it is the Xmas gift sets and they all have labels on showing what's inside. I didn't bother trying to pick n choose which one I got tho as I figured they'd all be very similar.

In addition this - MANY GIFT SETS CONTAIN A 10% OFF VOUCHER!! So for 20 quid, I got 70-odd pounds of stuff, 4 or 5 vouchers in the boxes, and a little glossy magazine with another 10% voucher in it. :-D
#34
Just bought mine in sheffield for the misses, can't faulted!
voted hot!
#35
Got my bag and loads of great stuff with stuff well over £50 - yes most is xmas stuff but I'm happy with that!
#36
Bargain! Thanks topcat63.

Each of the two £15 bags I got had in them:

2x Xmas gift boxes - one small, one medium (each with a 10% voucher that never expires)
several christmassy bath bombs & bubble bars
& A few lumps of soap

I only spent £30 and still managed to pursuade the girl to give me a £5 'You snap the whip' which is undoubtly the best Lush product ever =)

My mum says thanks too, she's on her way there now.

Got a £15 bag from the Middlesbrough branch today... well impressed!

It had three £7 odd gift boxes as follows:
~ Yuletide (Mr Butterball Bath Ballistic; Christmas Cake Hand and Body Soap);
~ White Christmas (Snowcake Soap; Snow Showers Shower Jelly)
~ Happy Shower (Gold, Frankincense and Beer Jelly; Too Drunk Emotibomb);

One £9.74 gift box:
~ Best WIshes (Mr Butterball Bath Ballistic; Christmas Kisses Bubble Bar Slice; Marzibain Bubble Bar);

And the following items in individual yellow bags:

~ Some kind of Candy smelling Bubble Bar Slice;
~ A star-shaped Bath Bomb with Twinkle written on it;
~ A 'Magic' Bath Ballistic;
~ A pink bubble bar thingy with lots of multi-coloured tissue paper in it;
~ An orange coloured / scented Bath Ballistic;
~ A 'Snowdrops' mint smelling Bath Ballistic.

Absolute bargain, in my opinion.... thanks a lot, topcat63!
