All lush christmas products and gift sets half price - Instore and online :)

If you go in store , there should also be products that aren't from the christmas range for 50% off and should be a wider selection of gift boxes too , anything made before October ( not 100% on that ) should be half price :) and should be some chunks of soap for half price too.

Website is always a pain at Xmas :( the staff in middlesbrough store were fab today - very helpful!
#5
Worked for me but then went off again. Temp unavailable had issues like this in morning to when I was browsing the sale.
#6
Not much left in merry hill before 9 this morning, Girl in front of me had 2 baskets of bath bombs!
#7
There was still a lot left in middlesbrough around 11am and the staff has loads to bring out still. I bought 20 individual bombs and bars and it came to £24!

They had baskets and baskets full left at the staff door waiting to be put on shelf! Can't see them selling out today!

Site has been down for me for hours - keep trying and comes up service inavailable
#9
I cant get any in my basket either. Looks like I'll be going to Meadowhall sometime soon for some instead.
#10
Sites going a bit funny at the moment, can't add to basket.

I managed to place an order, although I had to persist with the refresh icon.

It amazes me how stores know that they will get an usually high amount traffic online when they put a sale in like this and the sites go down. Can they not find a better server (or something technical) to ensure they can cope - surely they lose a hell of a lot of sales through rubbish website capabilities.

Although I know nothing about websites so may be a lot trickier than I imagine!

Was worth going to bluewater this morning they had lots of gift sets and bath bombs/soaps plus a few other non xmassy items at 50% odd too, even when we left at 1 they had lots left. Love their goodies!

Their website is totally down now, it says they're aware of the issue and are doing something about it but I can't help being left thinking "Well, I'm spending my money elsewhere" as much as I want the offers and there's my favourite items on sale, bloody useless if the website doesn't work. All this after they let a whole bunch of customer data be stolen before revamping the site, too! Also can't help but think if the new website didn't have a stupid video on every page it would be working! I'm sorry but I really don't have to be shown how to put a bathbomb in water and I weep for the human race if that many people do!!! ^_^ Nice find though op - possibly another case of HUKDers breaking servers haha :D

O M G, only took 3 hours get through the checkout. No confirmation email yet, but have an order number so hope it worked!

Absolutely ridiculous though, this happens every year! The amount they charge for the products you would think they would have something to invest in a decent website!!

It does take some persevering but after a lot of refreshing I finally managed to get an order placed.
#19
How much is delivery anyone?

Delivery is £3.95 for mainland UK. I got about £40 of stuff online and around £100 instore too. LUSH addict lol

Is anything showing up in your order history? Or a confirmation email? They've taken the money from my paypal but I don't even know what I ordered the website crashed so many times :'( I won't be using it again! Nearest store is miles away too >.<

I have had the confirmation email and it does also show in my order history. It was a battle trying to order and things were going out of stock as it was taking so long to try to add to basket. Hope you can track your order! I paid using debit card rather than paypal.

It was hard work , website sloooooow , but managed to place order by refreshing the page/s , paid by Paypal as thought that would be quicker (_;)

I do love a bit of Lush but only get a few bits in the sale every year , used my last bath bomb yesterday so this is perfect timing

We went to the Leicester store and was about 10th in the Que. They opened the doors and let about 100 people in, you could not move or look at the items, it was just a case of Grab something and make your way to the tills. Lush you need to restrict the number of people into the store, just like Next & River Island did. Once you had made your purchase you struggled to get out with your purchase.

Totally agree - thankfully there was a lady topping everything up (although getting pushed around) bless her seen me stood waiting (rather than barging like everyone else) and asked what I wanted and passed me it all- even taking time to pick me the biggest bars!

Eventually ordered, paypal confirmation came through within 30 mins but it was about 2 hours before Lush confirmed the order.

Finally got my confirmation about an hour ago from my order this morning..also few new bubble bars on website now and bought /sailed through payment this time .

Don't forget parabens which are known carcinogens, but they justify it by saying they don't use a lot, kind of like saying "well yeah we used arsenic, but we only used a bit."

I also praise middlesbrough staff. Walking in with a pushchair and a load of bags is always risky. One girl couldn't help me enough to get things for hubby. Only disappoint is they no longer do a male gift set. I'm off to the site or shop. It's lovely stuff.
#37
HEAT! just due to the fact the site has some stuff left a day after. Clearly this year Boxing Day wasn't a success at all for retailers.

I skipped it this year and stayed in. I usually go to Lush and drop a good £400.
#38
good grief, what a rubbish site! Everything seems to be oos - may try in store but CBA looking at the ice on the car!
#39
Still a fair bit of stock in the middlesbrough store this morning :)

I think in all fairness the amount of people wanting to buy from the website warrants it being slow or going into melt-down Head to the shops...

.... Bournemouth was splendid in the sales! The staff are amazing there was about 20 people let in, then restrictions as to how many could come in which meant when I got in it was a casual shopping experience. Well done! Plus I got everything I wanted, even a big gift even though I was nowhere near the front.
