He did 'escape' there, but what's the betting that was on a short term basis and he ends up moving to London to live out the rest of his life in supreme luxury on the proceeds of his ill-gotten gains.

I think Saudi Arabia is more likely, unless they topple aswell :0 We and the Americans tend to be fair weather allies, who will prop up/support such figures while they are doing our bidding and then try to take the moral high ground later :(
