Spend a relaxing summer's evening on the Solent, sailing along the beautiful coastline aboard a luxury 50-foot yacht, for £89 per person instead of the usual £600. As part of this superb offer, you will also enjoy a champagne reception and dinner as the sun sets over the waves.

This fantastic deal offers a saving of 85% on the usual cost, and was by far the best priced package we could find for sailing days out of this type. Here's what the offer includes:

- Six hours of relaxing sailing on board a luxury yacht
- Champagne reception and generous dinner on board
- Friendly and professional skipper and crew
- All equipment

You and your friends or family can be as hands-on as you want; either join in with the sailing alongside your helpful skipper, or simply sit back and relax as you glide along. Departing from the pretty town of Lymington at 4pm and returning at around 10pm, each yacht takes 8-10 people; if you book for a group of eight or more people, you will have exclusive use of the boat.

Valid seven days a week from 4 May-30 September, 2011, subject to availability.

Sounds like a good experience trip. Only 250 miles from where I live..

Big discount, but from a ridiculously overpriced starting point

Who would pay £600 for 6 hours of "relaxing on a yacht" - i imagine not many.. If it werent for the added champagne and dinner, i'd say £89 was an expensive trip too (it may still be depending on the quality of the dinner :p)

original price is pants!

So normally this guy makes £800+ per hour - I think I will buy a couple of boats

Same price it you book direct.

The £600 refers to chartering the whole boat for a day, corporate styleeeeeee.

I went sailing for three days in the Solent for £110 including food. Well worth getting a few friends together and chartering a boad with a skipper.

It was great fun.

My brother bought 2 days yacht racing at Brighton for £90 each a couple of years back (well actually it cost £45 in Tesco vouchers - we'd never have paid £90 each); so £89 including the meal is probably the usual rip-off price for this; claiming £600 as the 'usual' cost is simply ludicrous.

£89 expensive are you kidding...moron....£600 rrp is crazy though....normal price would be nearer £200ish, used to live in portsmouth so i know......but there are deals to be had, depends on the quality of the boat, how corporate the organisation is, how many crew, do you get involved in helping....£89 is good, £600 is silly
