#15
Not knocking the post but seems rather expensive for a plain polo shirt with a small eagal on it? Just me? Ok, I'll get my Prada coat!

#19
Only white left in XXL and it's £45...I could really be doing with XXXL but they only do small sizes :whistling:
#20
Cool - ordered a Grey one! Thanks for the heads up
#21
These always come on the small size - I am a large but taken a punt on ordering XL - can always send them back.
Don't forget 6% quidco as well
#22
I always had to size down on this brand. Anyways their polo shirts are poorly made compared to their knitwear.
#23
Thread title needs editing to show price delivered
#24
Hot, normally about £50 each.
#25
cheers op, just purchased an XL sky blue top...these are small made remember!
#26
Bargain, decent Polos that are normally £45.

Black Medium was still in stock when I ordered.

As for sizes, the L&S vintage stuff is generally a slim fit, so if a medium is normally quite tight go a size up!
#27
extremely chavy IMO
#28
this is a great deal, like 50 quid everywhere else, always wanted one but had to settle for the cheap look alike versions from Next etc, GREAT DEAL!
#29
i've got a 7 (xl) Lacoste and its huge. though in the time since i bought it i've trimmed alot. are these tighter then ?
#30
yeah these are slim fitting man. i gotta large for Xmas and had to take it back to get an XL...if you like loose fitting clothes then go one size up from your normal size.
#31
£25 quid for a polo - ridiculous even for a good quality one.

L&S the latest must have mug bait is it?
#32
Cheers bought a black one in medium. vintage/gold eagle is slim fitting, I'm a small in all other brands but move up to a M in vintage, but not classic.

£25 for a "fashionable" polo is a very good deal compared to lacoste for example which are something like £65.

This is my 2nd Lyle and Scott t-shirt and compared to my topshop t-shirts is much better quality and lasts longer!

They can bait me for £25 all day long and id bite every time considering the price of other designer polo's and its original RRP of £42 where i would imagine it sells quite well.
#34
showing at £45 now...
#35
Forgive me but has nobody seen the 50% sale from the Lyle & Scott website ? Polo's start at £15 and are next day delivery

I think that has finished mate as it was not up when I checked last night!

I have just checked and it is still on so looks like there must have been an issue when I checked last night!
#37
Plus these weren't part of the sale as far as I can remember...

Not sure about people saying you're getting mugged paying £25 for a good quality polo, these last for years and don't fall apart in the wash like a £3 effort. You get what you pay for.

Ah, but will it last as well as 8 x £3 ones? You're kidding yourself.

Actually, I'd stretch to a fiver for a pure cotton one!

Try Primark - you may be very surprised, or is it the brand on the front which really matters?

Yes probably? The colour and feel of the polo will certainly be more comfortable over the length of life than 8 x £3 ones. Im not kidding anyone, less myself.

Ive tried Primark, rubbish quality and the feel grates on your skin. Quite why i'd want to wear clothes like that ill never know.

For me, its nothing to do with the label on the outside. Next do some decent quality, cheaper clothes that im more than happy to wear.

By all means stick to wearing £5 polos if it makes you happy, ill stick to a bargain £25 for a top quality one :)
