I shake my head at this pretentious M. Night Shyamalan.

Like Marmite, love him or hate him.

Personally love all his films, thought Signs, Sixth Sense and Unbreakable were great.

Not even £1.50 per dvd. Great if you like them.

You make one fairly decent movie and it's enough to get you "legendary status" these days. Apart from sixth sense has this guy done anything worthwhile?

Maybe his next project should be bollywood where it belongs - overly dramatic, very little substance, and predictable "shock" ending.

Voted my first neutral.

You don't vote on whether you like the films, you vote on the price for the goods.

See it much cheaper anywhere else...no

I agree and I like his films also but his recent ones have left me a little disappointed... *cough* The Happening *cough*

This is either racist or the dumbest comment of all time.

I disagree with your appreciate of this guy, but I COMPLETELY agree that you rate the price, not the product. (Assuming the product is of salable quality and fit for the purpose of its usage.)

why is it racist to think that most of the bollywood films are shite?

FWIW I love world cinema, I just think that the indian films are crap on the whole

with regards to Shyamalan films, Unbreakable is a great film, the sixth sense is good, his other films are utter ****

Hot deal, awful film director/writer.

Lady in the Water is the only film I've ever insisted on being turn off. :lazy:

Not a huge fan of his films, but Signs is criminally underrated.

By the way 50% - 75% of British and American films are also crap.

probably, but they still make few decent and original ones

chinese, Korean, Spanish, French and german and even Iranian cinema is a lot more intersting the the crap that Bollywood seem to produce, even though most of them have lower budgets

Have people watched a different Unbreakable to me. I thought it was one of the worst films I have ever seen and so did my wife.

The rest are not bad, apart from the Happening, that is truly awful too.

Good price for 6 dvds though

If there is one thing I learned at work, parties, gatherings, is to NEVER have your opinion on bollywood in the presence of indian descent. Even if it is exercising your right to freedom of your opinion - unless you want "western culture" and everything to do with it ripped to shreds over an argument which lasts far too long and far too needlessly.

Also he will run to the mods, HR, whomever that will listen, screaming unfairness, racism, bigotry and assasination of culture.

Anyhow I came in here to post this deal as cold since I had posted it neutral the first time around. Strangely enough I thought you would be able to vote it either hot or cold after neutral. Guess I can't.

LOL Just because someone dislikes something about a country doesn't make them a racist.

Quick to judge others aren't you. Overbearing "liberals".

What you should have done is just voted hot or cold based on the deal price and not worry of the descent of the director. There is a new president of the USA, and hey guess what, people cant get over the fact that he is black!

You sterotyped and assumed that the director should be making Bollywood films and then even go on to make further comments as above.

You seem to be very ignorant towards people and make assumptions based on your relatively few experiences of different 'culture' and seem to think it is okay when it is not.

P.S. for the record I dont like Bollywood movies either.

Maybe his next project should be bollywood where it belongs

Some of you misunderstood my last comment. I meant because it sounded as though he was telling him to go beck to India. I was joking.
