  It's not £199 any more though, if this is the one you mean it has gone back up to £299. The cello TV didn't have a PVR either.

  They are identical TVs, Cello make these for M&S, i contacted Cello the other day and they confirmed that they were identical.

  Actually I have two of these for my lads and both are fine on xbox, and freeview. Yes its not a Samsung 8 series or high end tv but for the money with 5 year warranty I would say its a good deal

  This is the one that was £199 before xmas isn't it ? If so had no issues at all with it so far, haven't tried the pvr function though.

  Just one thing to note is that the sound is the worst ever. I bought one last time these were on offer and ignored the bad postings regarding the sound. Luckily I pass the output through a sqeezebox and it goes someway to compensating for the crap speakers but would not buy again.

  Forgot about the sound, yes agree tad tinny, I've got a set of cheap 2 speakers plugged into the headphone jack when watching something that needs some oommmpppp :)

  Think they are made by Vestel in Turkey, they dont have a built in DVD, they are not a PVR and you dont get a 5 year guarantee?
