Nice to stock up for summer or for gifts.
This was available in store, online seems to be a different offer of 25% off two half dozen bottles.

Thank you, just rang & asked M&S to reserve 24 bottles for me.

Assessing wine is obviously a very personal thing but I bought a dozen of these, the rose version, a few months ago (at about the same price) and was quite surprised by how 'rough' it tasted. It has a flinty taste, very little fruit and a very dry finish (almost bitter). I wouldn't buy it again, at any price.

I like the dry finish, I think it's pretty drinkable, especially at £4.50 a bottle. Quite often we mix cavas or cheap champagnes with fruit juices for Buck's Fizz style long drinks and these are perfect for that. ^_^

I'd happily hand over to you the 7 or so bottles of this pink fizz we havent consumed. But, with summer around the corner, I'll take your advice and try mixing the wine with blueberry or cranberry juice and see if that works. Cheers!

I hope it works! I also get some of the fruit syrups that a lot of the Polish shops sell and use them as mixers, there's some lovely flavours and it might help take off the dry/rough edge. ^_^

I agree with those that don't like this.

Not the usual M&S standard.

Thanks OP. I bought 6 and I liked it - haven't tried the pink yet but it'll be great for bbq fizz in the sunshine. :D The lady in the checkout queue behind me couldn't believe the price and was off to buy some too! :)
