Perfect way to apologise to your mother for not taking her somewhere nice for a meal, by giving her a gift that says you couldn't even be bothered to cook something from scratch for her.

She carried you in her womb for nine months you know?!

how rude of you, my mum does not like to go out and when she does she wants to be home in less than a hour, as she feels out of her comfort zone. She loves m and s food too and its not a ready meal say 2 tuna steaks you cook it yourself and do the washing up. why would i want to go to a pub for mothers day and share it with a bunch of people i dont know. you dont have any right to judge all mothers are the same because my mum is better than yours lol sticks and stones and all that time to grow up

I was unofficially told that this deal would be "DIne for Four" for £15.00, but as above, no details of what would be in the offer yet. These deals always go down well in our household!!

same here! £12 of chichen will certainly do more than 4 people.
I think the set of items (which admittedly I'd never buy) was £27!!!

Heh filthandfurry, nice sentiments. You must be the life and soul of a party with your negativity. It's a nice day, go get some sun and brighten up.

Thanks. Always wondered where I came from.

If you don't like it, DON'T BUY IT, but don't preach at others!

I got this meal deal for us for tomorrow (after son's football) - the pudding I got was a Belgian chocolate cheesecake which I can't see on the menu above. can't wait!
#21
My Chicken was priced at £13.84, so got a real bargain this time
#22
The deal is like this, not as good as it appears:-
main course £8
vegetables £4
dessert £4
wine £4
Total £20 ...............so it is 25% off ..........and 7% off if you don't normally eat dessert or drink wine.

Or even Salmon or Roast Lamb at £11 each and wine at £6 alone seems a better deal.

Come on, when you look at the normal prices for Salmon (£11)and Roast Lamb you would never pay that amount of money (£11) for a good deal! The prices are inflated so you see a bigger reduction. Intensively Farmed Salmon and lamb are frequently on offer for 1/3 to 50% off. Oakham chickens are frequently on 25% off. Better spend the £15 on what you really want from your own selection supermarket offers.
#25
Yesterday I went to my local branch where they had £15 offer. Loadsa of oakham chickens left from the £15 deal which were priced at a shade under £10 were being marked down to £5 because the sell by date was yesterday 27th March. It goes to show the £15 / £10 deals are not so good deals anymore as more people don't eat dessert nor drink wine on a regular basis with their usual meat and two veg life style.

you are all lucky that you will be able to spend time with mums and kids on sunday! i am working so wont see my mum, nan or son!! it is a good deal though. enjoy everyone.
