Have been into 2 different M.& S. stores in the Midlands & they have reduced all their sale stock further. Prices from just £1 (items which were already reduced to £5 or less). These are manager's reductions & very slightly from store to store. The price reduction lists are at the checkouts for the staff to refer to. The items are perfect, but non-refundable as they are trying to clear out all their sale stock.
I managed to get a boys basic coat reduced from £15 to £1, a boys jacket down from £14 to £1, 3 pair packs of p.j.'s down from £14 to £3, slipper socks down from £3 to £1, individual packs of p's down from £11 to £1, some books down from £5 to £1 (The Biggest Kiss & Unusual Friends books - both kids), girls jeans down from £5 to £1, boys grey joggers down from £9 to £1, boys navy cords down from £9 to £1, boys fleece tops, 1 down from £9 to £1 & 1 down from £5 to £1 plus a few more things too.
The thing is that none of them are stickered as been in the sale. They were all in the main clothing section - I recognised a couple of things that I had seen on their website in the sale section the other week & then got the staff to price check a few items that they seemed to only have a few sizes left in stock of. Although having said that they had loads of the cords & joggers left.
The staff couldn't believe it - said they sjould have been marked down & stickered, but must have come straight off the deliveries & onto the shop floor.
Will take a bit of searching & price checking to find these bargains, but they are there to be had if you can be bothered to find them! Also applies on women's wear, men's wear, homeware, lingerie etc.
