Hi,

First post, so not really sure if I will include everything...

Just came across this internet radio, which was 199, but now 69 after the two promotions.

Good saving but not much kit even for £69.00 when compared to the o2 joggler and similar which can be picked up for £50-£100

The Blik internet radio here would be a better buy IMHO and it's cheaper.

Just a word of caution... This is the Revo Pico. There is a manufacturing fault on these or a big batch of them anyway which means that the battery becomes useless after a while and does not hold its charge. I had one and in the years warranty I had to keep having them exchanged and I went through 7 (yes seven!) of them until the last one died 1 month out of warranty. Well, on the bright side at least I got a brand new one every few weeks!! Lol.

It says 2 years warranty on this M&S branded? version.

BTW did you try and update the firmware of the radio?
- as its possible a firmware update might affect battery charging.

You're talking absolute rubbish the 02 Joggleer doesn't have any internet radio stations outside of the UK which makes it absolutely useless! You cannot listen to radio from Cuba, Spain anywhere it uses Pure's lounge and you cannot access proper Internet radio. There is no hack available either to access other stations outside of the UK.

This has a cat d amplifier so it's better than the blik and it's got an internal battery which means you can have it in the bathroom or garden, it's waterproof too. The sound is excellent. It's better than the blik. You can listen to the listen again services on this, and pause/ forward/ rewind which is a feature which is not present on the majority of cheaper internet radio players.

The only downside with this model is that it's got a tungsten battery so the charge isn't as good as the later versions which have lithium batteries and a different button layout. If this is actually a later version one this is an absolute steal!

thanks for the reply hebron

Bought one to be delivered to store since i think i could take it back
to the store rather than posting it back all the time when the battery fails.
