Very good, reliable mice. I couldn't see it posted elsewhere.

"Logitech Wireless Mouse M215 gives you the comfortable, intuitive control you want for your notebook. Place your wireless mouse wherever it feels best and forget about performing tricky finger manoeuvres in a fixed location like you do with a touchpad. Instead, you'll enjoy smooth, precise tracking, easy text selection and effortless scrolling. There's no complicated setup or software to install. The nano-receiver is so small you can plug it in once and forget it. The Logitech Advanced 2.4 GHz wireless connection is reliable and powerful. And the included Duracell AA and intelligent battery management features give you enough power to go for months before your first battery change."

good mouse, I've had all kinds of these. And I broke so many of them, usually leaving the receiver plugged into laptop and breaking it putting my laptop into and out of the bag.

I've had the 'better' ones for £30+ and these not much difference.

The M305 looks good for £15.99 from play as well.

Logitech's receivers have been standardised, if you break one just buy the cheapest Logitech wireless mouse you can find and link it's receiver to your mouse of choice.

can you switch these mouses off? I have a microsoft one that has permanent red light underneath. Have to leave batteries half ejected to save battery power. Plus the usb receiver is much bigger than this one which seems tiny.

ideally id like a bluetooth mouse but logitech dont even make decent ones outside of keyboard bundles afaik so a cheap dongle replacement would be ok.

Dunno, but I have an M305 and an M705 and they both have switches...

...Just watched an unboxing video on youtube - yes there is an on/off switch on the bottom.

Yes, switch underneath. Also has a storage compartment for the receiver if you wish to carry it around.
