This is an education store price, so not for everyone. Only students/teachers need apply!

This is using the higher education discount so you may not get it. Also I dont see where it says you get a 3 year warranty.
#5
this is using a student discount link and should only be used by people who qualify for it. just to let you know.

i think people voting cold do not deserve a deal next time

It because this deal is not for everyone
Those who are ordering this way are abusing the system and this site will soon be closed once apple find out like many other links before

Yes, but what if students/teachers are not aware of this deal?

at £859.20 its still expensive for many, atleast better than paying in full. Also mostly students are the one who needs discounts. Here i have seen many very specific deals for NHS employees etc these were red hot voted.

That's different, you initially posted this deal without stating that this is an education price and hoping people didn't notice or are willing to try their luck at abusing the system. Your comments haven't helped your case either.

I personally think it's a great price for eligible people, but not a 'deal' as such as it is the regular price using the education store.

At the prices they charge I am amazed they can find enough customers even at education prices!

Yes they will, you have to prove you work at an educational establishment to get this price. Having ordered from Apple's education store myself, I had to get a letter from my employers (school) and email/send it to them as proof I was eligible for the educational discount.

AppleCare is the extension to a 3 year warranty, it also provides you with the telephone support for this time. But if people don't add the AppleCare for £48 then they will only get the standard 1 year guarantee and will have to pay more buying it later on (you still get a discount as a student, just not so heavy)

Best way to get the back door to a discount closed?

Post it on a public forum, idiot!
