saw this and think it's good. enjoy.

Specification:
Intel® Core 2 Duo® 2.4GHz Processor
2GB DDR2 RAM / 250GB Hard Disc Drive
DVD+R DL/DVD+RW/CD-RW
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M Graphics
Now ships with New Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard Operating System but only while stocks last!

QUIDCO gives 3.5%, around 20pounds discount.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS AN OLD MODEL, MAJOR DIFFERENCE IS THE BATTERY LIFE AND CARD READER SLOT. NEW MODEL LASTS 6 HRS, CANNOT CHANGE BATTERY.

THIS ONE LASTS 4-5 HRS, YOU CAN CHANGE BATTERY YOURSELF.

I THINK AT THIS PRICE IT'S WORTHY...

Just a note this is the old model... so it's not a sale but clearance...

Yes It's Old Model, But Still Quite Decent Price. The Cpu Is Powerful Enough.

Yeah good price but you are still going to get ripped by some windows lovers who claim this is still too much. Good deal for a mac, can still buy apple care. Don't forget: worldwide warranty, something NO other company includes as standard (at least that I've found). This was an upgraded on with Aluminum which is nicer.

From the specs this looks like a year old model which differs from current MacBooks by being all-Aluminium (like a MacBook Pro) instead of white polycarbonate. Of course it's also faster than the current MacBook (2.4 vs. 2.26 GHz.).

I think it's only weak point compared to the current MacBook is battery life. Newer MacBooks last up to 7-hours & I think this would last 4-5 hours. It does have a user-replacable battery though unlike the new MacBooks.

At this price it looks like a very good deal. Voted hot.

WELL I WILL JUST HAVE TO IGNORE THEM... THEY TAKE A DEAL TOO PERSONAL, NOT RATIONAL. EVEN THEY COULDN'T FIND THE SAME MODEL CHEAPER ANYWHERE, THEY WILL SAY IT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE MONEY. TO THEM NOTHING IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEIR MONEY...

This has to be a Macbook Pro as Macbooks have never had an aluminium body. Although I cannot find any 13" MBPs on eBay with a 2.4GHz processor, so I am bit confused!

Non-Pro unibody aluminium Macbooks were available for a short time

This is essentially the new MacBook Pro 13" without the long (and built-in) battery and SD card slot. It may also lack a FW port although I'm not sure.

Not that I doubt you, but you got any proof/links - would like to educate myself! :)

Dispite this still being advertised on Misco's website I've just had an email back from them stating "Unfortunately this offer was only available while stocks last, we have now sold out of these Macbooks and will not be able to supply any more." So it is definately expired.

Cheers Madcow
