Mach3 Turbo pack of 8 blades £5.00 (£6.00 off) instore at Tesco

kw21kw21

Just been to the Basildon Tesco store and saw the packs of 4 for £3.99 and packs of 8 for £5.00! £6.00 off the normal price!!

No idea if this is store specific, the receipt just shows the price as being £5.00 not showing any saving. (Yellow shelf ticket with £5.00 in bold characters and £6.00 off in small if that helps)

Even sainsburys have 4 azor blades by king of shaves for £2.44 so cheaper and better
When the recession started etc tescos put all their prices up because petrol went up.
When petrol came down they stayed the same
CMON TESCOS WAKEN YOUR IDEAS UP!!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Hmm I'm wondering what the chances are of me being able to get these in my local Tesco at after 5pm... I'd just stock up now, don't see any reason to upgrade from my Mach 3.

ASDA have a similar deal did someone say?

Hey, talking about putting prices and up and following on the same line as this deal, King Of Shaves shaving gel is marked up in all the supermarkets as being reduced from the late £2's to under £2!! BUT what they don't tell you is that King Of Shaves have reduced the size of the tubes from 175ml to 150ml and you can guarantee this will become the norm and the price will return to that of the old 175ml tubes!!

Why? No seriously I mean WHY????? What exactly is the point of these two posts? The deal does not mention the words Tescos, Tesco's or any other misspelling of the shop's name!

Strictly speaking, if you are talking about something belonging to Tesco, e.g.'Tesco's price-fixing habits' or 'Tesco's land-grab policy' then the use of the word "Tesco's" would be correct.

Which wouldn't help you with feeling superior to everyone else, but would make you more accurate :p

I have been to three tesco today, 2 large 1 small and none have had these on offer, they all had M3 power x5 for £5 ???

Tesco Store Kettering not at this price only original full prices...

My local Tesco didn't have this offer. Mach3 Turbo 8s were £11.xx.
    They did have Mach3 (Turbo ???) 5s for £5.......but definitely no 8s for £5.

I was actually being sarcastic, I guess I did not show it very well, showing that it does not matter, its not like you could get confused and thought it was another shop.:p

Relax, my comment was aimed at posts #2 & #3, not your deal (which I think is hot btw)! I avoided quoting the earlier posts because I thought it would be obvious what I was referring to and also look less cluttered. Offence was not my intention.

I'm fully aware when to use an apostrophe to indicate the possessive. But if it makes YOU feel superior, then thanks for spelling it out. The context in which the words "Tesco's" and "Tescos" were used, earlier in this thread, was incorrect. That was my point.

GCSE English lessons aside, can anyone else confirm they have seen this offer at their Tesco? Went to my local in Harrow and they only had it at the full price.
