https://psprices.com/region-gb/game/104995/mad-max

Become Mad Max, the lone warrior in a savage post-apocalyptic world where cars are the key to survival. In this action-packed, open world, third person action game, you must fight to stay alive in The Wasteland, using brutal on-ground and vehicular against vicious gangs of bandits. A reluctant hero with an instinct for survival, Max wants nothing more than to leave the madness behind and find solace in the storied “Plains of Silence.” Players are challenged with treacherous missions as they scavenge the dangerous landscape for supplies to build the ultimate combat vehicle.

Excellent game

I still haven't gotten around to buying it yet :), though I heard the vehicle combat is seriously fun.

Can take a while and be a bit of a grind, but it's not too hard to get. Do it!

why do we do that. buy games we may never play? :{ if it had cost you 60quid, would you have already played it?

Is this worth getting? It looks a similar style to Batman Arkham Knight

Amazing game. Vehicle combat is a real stand out for me. Well worth a buy.

I bought this a while back but haven't got around to playing it yet (FFXV & Witcher GOTY).
I think I might have paid about the same for physical but this is better for game-sharers and those with cheap PSN credit - heat :)

I think that everytime I look at the 70+ unplayed games on Steam.

Cracking game, especially for a tenner. Road battles against convoys are epic.
#14
It's a really deep and expansive game. Would love to get back into it
#15
sweet this is actually next in my 'to buy' list
#16
Could be wrong, but pretty sure this was cheaper around Christmas time (£6ish). Yeah, yeah, yeah time machine and all that malarkey. Not saying it's a cold deal, just stating it has been cheaper from what I can remember.
#17
When this was first announced I laughed this off as yet another poor movie tie-in game but couldn't have been more wrong. I loved this and poured dozens of hours into it. Almost platinumed but couldn't get the fight combo requirement.
#18
Aaaahhh got so many games already but really enjoyed this game and wouldn't mind adding it to my digital catalogue.

People complained that it was repetitive but I found it to be really fun.

Well worth it at this price. Similar but different to Arkham Knight, hand to hand combat system is similar. But the car combat is so much better in Mad Max.

So what do we do with that info? (_;)

Most things are cheaper around Xmas time, but that was 5 months ago. This was £6 at Sainsbury's recently according to HUKD but when I checked 3 local stores it was £15.

Good game however the ending was very anti climatic which made me hate the game

This was my 'surprise' game of last year. Picked it up cheap and got well into it. Similar combat to batman, but with a real raw, gritty feel to it. Similar with the car mechanics, always something new to purchase or upgrade, and the chase sequences with running enemies off the road was very satisfying. Highly recommend it at this price.

I loved it for a while but it did get very samey. The graphics are amazing though, especially on a PC.

Is there no other sales today? It was normally fortnightly but not sure if they've swapped the weeks around?

Always been disappointed at the lack of DLC too.

Don't bank on getting a platinum on this, there is a bug that means you might not be able to finish all the missions and it has never been addressed. Good game for the price and some of the scenery is amazing.

Another game where the majority of reviews seem to clash horribly with individual opinion.

Cheers for the info. I've bought it, it's hard to say no when it's £9.99 (_;)

It's the scavenging locations that appear to be the problem. Long as you're aware of what could go wrong before playing, it won't spoil the game checking, then you'll be fine

If you mean on PSN, it was £11.99 at xmas according to ps prices.

Such a boring game
#37
80% off is probably a bit of a stretch considering its been cheap for a while. Still, it's a fun game.
#38
Very fun game, has its problems though.. and becomes a MAJOR Grind/Slog when going for the Platinum trophy.

Well worth a Tenner
#39
80% off eh? That would mean it was almost £50 before lol

I got the platinum ok on this and loved every minute though some of the combat achievements were quite challenging. Would buy a sequel in a heartbeat.
