How does this compare to the instant snow that Play sell for £3.99 - is this better value or do you get less. Very hard to compare the two and see which is the best value.

Ok I'm loving this in theory but how do you get rid or clean it up will it just disintergrate or if it rains will it just stay ( just think snow in august, not that far from reality ) oops there goes the ocd again, Think I just managed to ruin the fun in the product. Trust me !

This is the normal price so why has it been put out as a 'deal'? The real deal was the free p&p put out yesterday.

This is the cheapest price i could find - Play have some for £3.99, Firebox around £5:thumbsup: That's why it is a good deal, unless you can find it cheaper:thumbsup:

Looking at it on hawkins it is only a small tube you get. The one on firebox is a box of snow so you get a lot more. Still I wanted to get some stuff from hawkins so the free delivery is good thanks.

I bought a huge box of this from the US last Christmas. We sprinkled it on the patio and put "sleigh and hoof marks" into the snow and then sprinkled some raisins in little clusters on top of it (the raisins swell up and look very convincing). Kids were convinced that it was snow from Santas sleigh.

You do need a fair bit though, so not sure that you would be able to do anything much with a single pack.

voted hot, will be getting some.

This is fun for a while but I've found if it gets places it shouldn't (carpet) and then dries out it can make a mess.
As for storing it for next year, mine turned a manky brown colour and I just binned it.
It's a decent price though!
#23
cheapest around, I saw some being sold at a ridiculous price in Selfridges last year!!
#24
Was also some in Woolworths last year but I think it cost a bit more than this. Went down great I sprinkled a couple of tubes on the balcony outside my house and had footprints going into mine and next doors houses. :santa:
