The p&p is expensive though unless you order big. There are only a few Nespresso 'boutiques' in some of the larger cities - they really do want to maintain this exclusive image. You can get fill your own capsules and copies from ebay but I've found them poor and not worth the hassle

The patent is up on nespresso capsules so generic s should flood the market

Free delivery on pods direct from Nespresso if you order 200. I have tried some of the generic pods but they do not taste as good as the Nespresso ones......in my opinion

Still the easiest to use coffee system......

I do indeed - I was simply pointing out that local collection is available for impatient buyers (subject to stock availability).

You NEED the Aeroccino if you like latte or cappuccino coffees, which I do. I recently posted the offer from John Lewis on this model WITH the Aeroccino for £99.95, and £40 of JL vouchers back, making it effectively £60 including the essential milk frother/heater. Aeroccino's can be had for £46 IIRC from Nespresso.
Dualit do a range of pods but their price is still 30p, so better to stick with Nespresso unless a decent off appears (Dualit did BOGOF at launch).
The refillable Coffeeduck's are dreadful. I demanded a refund after 3 of the 4 I bought buckled inside the machine under the heat and pressure. I didn't want to risk damage to the machine, and the coffee wasn't as good no matter what brand of ground I tried.
