Can't lose on this really; worse case scenario is that you get your stake back. Best case scenario is, eg you place a £20 bet at say 33-1 and you pick up £660 + your stake.

Only downside of this is that it's for new customers only.

Basically - place a bet of up top £20 (and may as well be £20) and if you win you, well, you win. If you lose, well, you don't. You get your stake back within 72 hours. Just withdraw from your account then.

So, worth a punt on the World Cup - eg England to reach the semis/Brazil to win/ Holland players to fall out with each other/France get knocked out by their opponents handballing the ball into the net/Maradoonna failing a sanity test/ Torres to get injured in his first game all seem reasonable punts to me

CASHBACK ! - Register and go through http://www.thegamblingtimes.com for £5 cashback (need to have a balance of £20 before you can withdraw).

#14
going to opt for mexico too, any code we need to enter for this? or after we've registered is that it?
suspended#15
Gone for Rooney top scorer @11-1
#16
So in theory. Deposit tonight. Bet on Mexico to win. Whatever happens i will have a minimum of £20 i can withdraw back into my bank on Friday.

Edit: actually it seems it would be back in my account within 72 hours of the game ending.
#17
Is there a way of guarenteeing a decent return by betting one against the other?
#18
Wow! I used oddschecker earlier today to find the best odds on Rooney for Golden Boot and signed up for this. Now it's on here thanks to the Wedgemeister general. Hot.
#19
are there any rules for withdrawing the money back into your bank account? this is where betting companies normally hit you, saying that you have to bet a certain amount before being able to move money from your betting account back to your bank

Yes but first I'd try to find out how strict 888 are with 'security'. The only thing keeping me from doing this is being asked to provide scanned ID once I try to withdraw... does anybody know how they are?

They are a big player in poker and gambling (see pacific poker) and ive never had a problem it's just a poor site.

youre suggesting arbitrage betting, use decimal odds and the arbitrage calculator at free sports arbitrage dot com

If youre new to arbitrage be careful as with any form of gambling.

You can certainly match the bet at a betting exchange to guarantee a return.

Obviously the best your "guaranteed return" could be (even if you get amazingly good odds at both sites) would be £20.

Of course, but getting a free £20 is nice.

Any suggestions welcome!

Yep absolutely.

Just stating the obvious :)

I would suggest £10 e/w on huntelaar for the golden boot. He's currently 80/1 so if he is in the top 5 (which is more than reasonable) you 're looking at a cool £210. Happy days.

Shame that I cant bloody register...!!!! GRRR
#29
Just spoke with one of their advisors online (took 20 minutes to get through the queue) and he said that there is no promotional code for the offer as long as it can be registered as your first bet and you follow the t&c's etc it'll all go through automatically
#30
A tip I found was that the link to register direct from the offer comes up busy but if you attempt to register near the log in button that worked first time for me
#31
sorry chaps! ive gone for a draw SA vs Mex

Be very strict with yourself that you'll walk away after one bet.

They are hoping that most folks keep betting and ultimately lose there money.

They take 7/10 days to clear any winnings either paypal, visa or whatever.

I cannot stress enough, BE VERY STRICT IN THAT YOU WALK AWAY AFTER ONE BET, if not you will most likely regret it.

Hi I want to take advantage of this offer but I have no idea what to do . I'm looking at this page: http://www.888sport.com/bet?action=go_events&type_id=4355

What should I do?:?

So to confirm, the monies refunded from a losing bet is classed as a REFUND, and not a BONUS, and is therefore available to withdraw straight back toy our funding method? As opposed to having to be wagered x amount of times before it can be touched?

Stuck Argentina, England and Germany into a test slip and see a £20 stake would return £69... looks promising, only major downside is accidentally cheering in the local boozer if Argentina and Germany win!!!
#35
thanks for this i would like to bet for england reaching the semi but not sure how to do this any ideas? x

Gone for Messi to be top scorer @ 11/1. £220 back if he does seems like a good bet to me.

After you have clicked World Cup betting have a look on the left hand side, scroll down and it should say England betting.

Thanks Andrew.

Great deal - thanks. I put 20 on Spain to win the thing at 4/1.
