I got one of these from Powertoolworld when last at a similar price, no problems using them. Nice little impact driver too.

Really wanted one with another MakPac. was on sale for £70 at one point from eBay. This is the best I could find. Was initially going for a Ryobi as on paper it seemed more powerful (220nM I think) but came back to the Makita as I already had the batteries.

Ive used the Ryobi and own the makita.
Ryobi has a higher peak torque but is heavier, bulkier and less ergonomic.
Makita trigger gives better control of speed.
Ryobi does take some abuse and in no way a bad tool like some of their other stuff.

165Nm is plenty for a 1/4 drive impact gun. Use a milwauke at work which I think is 200Nm and took the head off many a fixing.

Good choice.
