I've been looking at prices of Moses Baskets for my upcoming baby. There's a special half price offer on this Moses Basket from Mamas and Papas - down from £86 to £39 (which is actually more than half price)!

If you want it delivered, the price of the Moses basket is £39 plus £4.95 for delivery. If you live near a Mamas and Papas store, you can get it shipped there for free.

The Mamas & Papas Woolly Jumpers Moses Basket has a blue trim, so I think this would really be best for a boy.

My sister has bought a lot of Mamas and Papas merchandise over the years. Sometimes it can be a bit more expensive than other brands, but she swears that it is really good quality and durable. Plus, your resale value on ebay is always much better with such a brand name. Some people only use Moses baskets for a few months, so you might want to sell it soon after the baby grows out of it, so the resale value is something to consider!

TBH, I swear by moses baskets, some people don't like them, I did as I could let the babies sleep anywhere in the house, not just upstairs, which is really hand if they are poorly etc, and it's something to take with you if you visit people, they are more comfy than the pram ones.

Plus my babies got about 6 mnths out of them as they were small.

Thanks for this, just ordered.
I love the Woolly jumpers stuff but had a girl. This time I know it is a boy so have bought one. Not a bad price either.

I wanted a surprise for my kid too!
So I asked the ultrasound girl what sex it was. She told me. That was a surprise!

Learn the sex at birth, rather than at the ultrasound doesn't make it any more of a surprise in my opinion. Why not spread the critical events... It'll be enough surprise if I don't fall unconscious watching my wife give birth....

Learning the sex of the child at birth adds to the whole moment, that's how I think about it.

Never really understood the current desire to know in advance.

I never understood the desire to stay in ignorance. Of anything. Especially anything about your child. I want to know everything.
