Just came back from Poundland and they had the Man In The Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story DVD for just £1...!!!! Great price for the real life story of the KING OF POP..!!!! Cheapest price I could find elsewhere is £4.99 at play.com.

I am unable to upload the picture but the link for Play.com is http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/3382169/Man-In-The-Mirror-The-Michael-Jackson-Story/Product.html?source=5061&engine=froogle_film&keyword=Man+In+The+Mirror:+The+Michael+Jackson+Story+DVD

Today, when you hear the name Michael Jackson it's all too often associated with weirdness - overdone plastic surgery, pet chimps, dangling babies, extravagant spending sprees, and lurid accusations. But that wasn't always the case.

Two decades ago this son of a steelworker was unquestionably the biggest pop star of his time. He possessed an amazing ability to mesmerize crowds, was beloved my millions of adoring fans, and at the height of his career, he was as big as the Beatles. This original movie tracks Jackson's complicated rise to superstardom - where he came from, how it shaped him, the impact he made on pop culture, and most importantly, who the Man In The Mirror really is.

This is the movie they showed about 10 times on the Hallmark Channel since he died, its not one for Michael Jackson fans, as no music is licensed so when it shows you a performance or concert its a blurry zoom close up and elevator music.
I must admit though I did watch it as I thought the movie was one of the funniest things i'd seen in years, especially the white paint they keep adding to the actor playing Michael (badly), its all a bit silly and cheap looking!
Voted hot though for fun value!

Wow! Thought I was burnt out on Jacko news crud despite trying to avoid it all, but you made me want to see this, sounds hilarious!

I was biased toward MJ's innocence, but I'm sorry, this pile of steaming rubbish is the most blatant attempt at propaganda I have seen since my lessons on The Nazi Party's strategies for WWII. Maybe I've seen too many Orwellian movies, but after watching it I took a second thought to my stance.

If you read the comments to date again you'll see that they're directed towards the questionable quality of this made for tv movie or the media coverage of Jackson's demise.

I'm guessing from the time of your post that this was a bit of a 'tired and emotional' response from a depressed jacko fanboy :whistling:
