Obviously only going to appeal to Man City fans but thought I'd post as it's such a bargain for this. I've been eyeing this up in the City Store for ages but always thought £99 was a daft price - even though it is Colin Bell.

You can order it online (and I'm pretty sure you can have it 'delivered' to the store for free) or just pick it up in the store anyway. Or if you can't get to Manchester you can have it delivered for £4.95.

It contains:-
Official Retro Shirt
Colin Bell signed autobiography
Signed certificate of authenticity
Gift Box

Available in S,M,L,XL,XXL

I'm a Man Utd fan, but still think it's a hot deal - wouldn't even use it to wipe my backside with personally, but for a City fan it's a great deal.

Good on ya Mike;
I've posted a few footy deals on here - not just Man City. I once posted a George Best book/dvd bargain and got a bit of a slating. Again, personally not for me at all but I'm sure plenty Man U fans took advantage of the bargain. It is a shame when rival supporters just vote cold cos it aint their team as it's off putting and as a result we all miss out on potential bargains as they don't get posted.

I'm amazed - really am - he was one of the most gifted players of his generation and is known throughout the world.
HERE take a look at some of his goals for England - not bad for a midfielder. THIS is worth a look too.
"Number 1 is Colin Bell, Number 2 is Colin Bell, Number 3 is Colin Bell......."
"We`ll drinka drinka drink to Colin the King ... Whe'llllllllll Drink A Drink A Drink, To Colin The King The King..."

That's not exactly what happened, there was fairly strong support from blues to name it the bell (end) stand too. Can't see our cousins at the swamp having the same sense of humour if it was their ground!!

It's probably big enough to get at least one box in so I'd guess they probably do

I think it's reduced cos they're bringing out a new version for next season with the gold premiership badges on the sleeves! That's right fellas - we're gunna win the league, we're gunna win the league - Dzeko, Dzeko, Dzeko!!

They used to say Colin Bell had two pairs of lungs because he could play for 90 minutes and look as fresh as a daisy. In them days you couldn't hide on the pitch either like some of them softies do nowadays.
#26
Hot Deal. My Dad is gonna love this!

even all the money city have , could not buy colin bell nowadays,, i was there when that dirty pig martin buchan nailed him, colin had everything other than that injury he would have been known worldwide as a true great,,crocky santa cruz,, well i would pay blackburn to take him,,,swp god bless him not the player he was,,anyway great deal on gods shirt.

I was there the night a water sprinkler went through his knee and ended his playing career in a cup tie with united. It first looked like an innocent tackle but soon all the staff were on the pitch and the restart took ages.City won 4-0 but all their players looked so distraught. It wasn't until the next day the true horror was revealed to the public.
As a united fan I dare say that was a great city team with home grown tough guys!!
So yep hot for me too!!

Genuinly pleased to see fans of rival teams - especially Man U and Liverpool fans posting positive comments about Colin Bell (and the deal) in here.

Younger fans won't recall the days were City fans (and United fans) would watch City one week and United the next; when the rivalry was more like banter rather than the vitriolic hatred that now exists.

Colin Bell was an awesome player and the only player that plays today in the PL that I can compare him to (if you don't know Mr Bell) is a 100% fit Cesc Fabregas and TBH that's one helluva compliment to Fabregas. CTID.
#33
Fabregas????
No mate you've got the wrong player. Bell would never dream of wearing bodywarmers or gloves & he certainly would never not fall over and cry then take three weeks to sulk over a paper cut.
I don't think you can compare him any pansies who dance around any theatre of nancies today. More of a Scholes type if there was a comparison.
#34
Why is there a postage option if all City fans are in Manchester?
#35
Can't believe there's people in here who've never heard of Colin Bell... He's a bit before my time and I haven't a clue what he was like as a footballer but one thing I do know was that he's a City legend!

Looks a good deal so voted HOT.

Souljacker you robbed me of a good joke!

Take yer point about Scholes deffo. Scholes at his best was one helluva player. I compare to Fabregas 'cos both players could create out of nothing; great vision; scores goals; similar position. But yeah - Bell would play with a broken leg whereas Fabregas wouldn't play with a broken nail.

But yeah; far too many ponces in the PL - snood wearing lady boys X) and City has it's fair share of them. Then again, City also have the two hardest players in the PL (Nigel DJ and Vinnie K)

Im only 21, and from what iv seen on tv and what my dad has told me, all i know is Colin Bell is a proud player that played with pride. so i can see where youre coming from with Scholesey. Thats what we need more of in the PL. players like Barton, Scholes,Giggsy, Wiltshire, Vidic. Players that like to get "Stuck In". shame to see Prem turning into pretty boys.

:D Hilerious . . There's plenty of those in Manchester full stop but still love this kind of thing. Makes me chuckle
