It's not that hot though when it's a limited edition, hasn't sold out and they've had to reduce it by £25
#5
A limited edition of 10,000

Ridiculous
#6
Its probably cheap because its only got a poxy 3 stars on it... and no chance of an upgrade to 4 anytime.

Is it good value by the time its purchased using malaysian currency anyway? No idea what the exchange rate is for Man'ure supporters to be honest.
#7
The only way this would be hot is if someone bought me one and I was stood warming my hands on it after dousing it in petrol and flicking matches at it.

You get what you pay for. The Liverpool version came with 5 stars on it and sold out at full price.

voted hot
obvious the man utd haters will rubbish it cos there sad

No, it's because it isn't a good investment. 10,000 made, not sold and had to be reduced to shift them. Not something I expect to be seeing on Antiques Roadshow in 2068. That Leonardo fella knew what he was doing. He initially thought to paint 10,000 Mona Lisa's.

I bought one of the Liverpool ones for £80 when it came out and still got it sealed :-)

it'll be out of date soon anyway when they have another star to add:thumbsup:

I thought football was a game. Silly me, of course its a huge industry whose main objective is stinging the fans for as much money as they can. Why let them? Why buy this overpriced useless stuff?:x

At times like this I like to quote one of Viz's classic tips:

"Manchester United fans; save money on buying those increasingly regular changes of football strip. Simply go into your nearest sex shop and purchase the largest dildo they have. Strap it onto your forehead and then everyone will know which team you support." :-D
#16
I say fair play to Man U for having enough gullible fans to buy this c**p. If they are willing to buy it you can't blame the club for churning it out.

Personally I'd rather stick to proper football.
#17
They haven't, it's had to be discounted

10,000 x £100

A million pounds from something 'rare'.

They'll have to make do with a measly three quarters of a million at this rate.

Incidentally that report I mentioned above has Uniteds largest season ticket holders (by area) as M28 which is Worsley / Eccles whereas City's was SK9 which is Wilmslow/Handforth.

As a Manc myself, I think everyone may be interested to know that both these aeas are pretty well heeled. That in itself is a comment on the cost of football!

LOL at the juvenile name calling attempts.

I can think of plenty for liverpool, chelsea, arsenal etc, but won't stoop to that level.

I'm sure you could stoop that low, especially with the dirty football than Man Ure play!

What like less European Cups and League Titles?

Oh dear, Looks like you'll not be able to quote we've won it more times than you soon, Been a while since you won the league in fact you've never won the Premier League, Your just a cup team.
#27
I see the scousers have been hard at work voting cold, Lol

It's a deal if your into memorabilia

Considering United are the most supported club in the world 10,000 is a very small number..!!!

They will sell out fast.

Funny seeing Scousers and Mancunians slagging each other off. Kinda like arguing over whether baby poo or dog poo is worse smelling.
#29
Anyone actually found this for cheaper?

The Premier League is another incarnation of the First Division. Mind you I'm not surprised you ate blissfully unaware of this After all you only started following football when it made it's debut on Sky.

Why didn't it sell out before if Man Utd are so well-supported?

Obviously the majority of their fans aren't as gullible as you.

I have this magical Man Utd rock. It looks like Wayne Rooney and signs songs about Scousers. It has an official badge on it and can be yours for just £1,000. Bargain. There are only 10,000 of them too.

Doesn't seem to matter they vote cold because of the cost and the dislike of man united/the product, nothing to do with them being able to find it cheaper or of better quality etc bless them....
