Manchester United Opus reduced from £3000!

I'm a fan and I know this will end up either way hot as its a £2000 discount or way cold as people vote cos they hate the club but i don't care well worth a post.

I own one of the Icons edition and its a real gem! 500 of them in the world.
These ones are limited too 9500 and each is numbered and signed by Bobby Charlton, Sir Alex.
Piece of history and wonderfully presented.
For any United fan this is a dream to own so get yours now!

It's a thing of beauty. I stroke mine (obviously with white gloves on) everytime we get a good result! So less and less nowadays!!!

Not for everyone but jesus United fans should jump on that price!

Surprise surprise voted cold by anyone who doesn't like the club. Shame as people will miss out as it wont get on the front page.

This is why HotUKDeals is a great idea but simply doesnt work.

Swallow your pride and vote based on fact! If this were the Arsenal Opus i'd be going Hot regardless.

People are willing to pay a grand for a book?

They say we're out of recession but ....
#6
You can pay with paypal too!

Haha didn't say its a sensible purchase, just a good price ;0)!

Yep which just ups the chance of value increase. Once the legend that is Sir Bobby goes some insensitive people (not me at all ;0) ) would say that a limited book with his name on it that is as impressive as this may get a little uplift in value. Never know.
#10
Out of date straight away and will be lacking your 2010 FA Cup exploits so I'm afraid I will not make a purchase.

Only by 0.01%, I'm sure we'll lose it in the next quarter of 2010!
#12
mate, it's a book.

for a grand.

A fricking book!

£3000 rrp? who came up with that? Berbatov's agent?!
#13
You'll pay £3000 for a book about a football club but you are on a computer, rather than watching their biggest game of the season?

Good deal compared to the RRP but you need your head examining if you think it's a 'great' deal.

£3000 Wah? £1000 Eh? ManUre? GetTaeF***

Insert excuse of "My boss said I had to work late, I've been to every game for the last 15 years but just this once"

Reality, probably one of the 'red fathfull' who do anything but go to/watch the football yet bask in the glory of winning.

Your opinion thats fine. Anyone who actually gets their hands on a book and thumbs through it would appreciate the price tag.

ALso im entitled to my opinion and I believe 66% off the original price, (regardless of whether you think its worth it) well if that isn't a great saving i don't know what is.

Anyone who wanted or still wants one who "needs their head examining" would be all over this.

Not at all. I'm an arm chair fan I prefer the view through my 1080p screen and the angles you get and replays. Sad to say but im not making lame excuses. I prefer too watch on tv.

Once I get my ribs strapped up i'll get my wallet. Try posting that, bet it gets a higher rating than this, again testament to how ridiculous people are.

Try displaying as a percentage of the RRP or is that beyond you?
#23
by the way MOTORSTORM 1 is signed by ALEX FERGUSON and BOBBY CHARLTON - Hence the stupidly inflated price............
#24
But just because the RRP is massive does not make the product worth it if the price is reduced when the product was a rip off anyway!

thats fine your opinion and constructive.

My opinion having looked at it and gone through it is that I was happy to pay that much. Call me crazy but if there were a leeds one and you had the disposable again, you'd appreciate why fans would want one surely?

oh THAT limited edition? the one on ebay with no bids? (160399055967 and 260536904539 and 160390406947) Cool!
Have you paid the credit card bill for it yet? you know, the one with the crest of the club you have never seen play live on it?

Oh and by the way, if you think i'm a kid because i have a 'star wars' reference on my profile i'll probably change my pic to somthing COOL! Erm.... like a south park character, what looks a tiny bit like me, wearing a manu shirt! now that is COOL !.
