Cannot be beat for the price. This is the absolute best low budget tripod and head on the market.

you can buy a really good quality Carbon Fibre tripod with 360 degree that holds up to 15 kg from Amazon for £90

Consider weight and how much you like to carry wherever you'll use it. I wouldn't be without Carbon Fibre for hiking etc. Also with this head you'll be stuck with the Manfrotto plates. Arca swiss is better if you use multiple cameras IMO as the plates can be had for like £1 on ebay, so you might end up looking to replace the head.

This seems excellent value for a carbon fibre tripod, I have a few, including Manfrotto, and a Benbo! but no carbon fibre :)

I did look at those chinese carbon tripods, doesn't extend as high and not convinced they'll hold up with daily use/abuse. They might represent good value, but I'd rather get something from a reputable brand backed up with service, support and spare parts. It all depends on what you use it for I guess, but I've had Manfrotto in the past and they've been solid.

Either way, this is the cheapest price for the 055 with a decent head I can find.

Manfrotto are rubbish. All the plastic clips cracked on my expensive tripod. Had to throw it away. Customer support would not do anything. Better going for the cheap Chinese alternatives.
