The fan on this is pretty feeble though, recently had to upgrade ours - £25 is a fair price for it.

Recently fitted an inline fan and insulated the extraction hose - the difference is amazing.
Inline fan and insulated hose from screwfix.
Until now I've been replacing roof/wall mounted fans every couple of years - and they always dripped water from condensation.

I have the same problem with dripping water - what fan did you get?

You might get away with just fitting the insulated hose, it's about £50 as well, but I just wrapped loft insulation around the normal hose and it's working - but I do intend to get the proper insulated hose.
