£9.97 delivered at Woolworths.co.uk, and part of the 3 Wii games for £20 promo (the only good game in there), so you could purchase 3 copies for twenty pounds if you wished!

Mario takes to the soccer pitch once more, bringing his own unique 'fighting football' style for the first time to Nintendo's Wii console, with Mario Strikers: Charged Football. In this follow-up to Mario Smash Football, you use the skill provided by the Wii Remote and Nunchuk Controller to win the ball, score unstoppable goals and take control of the goalkeeper to perform spectacular saves. Mario is joined by other famous Nintendo characters who take on the role of captain. Then select a host of popular team-mates to make up the rest of the team, before competing in one of the game's many modes. Anything goes in Mario Strikers: Charged Football as you can utilise a variety of special techniques to clinch goals. Each captain has their own set of skills and super abilities as well as being able to perform special shots called Mega Strikes, where the ball splits into five and flies at the goal. The defending player must use the Wii Remote to aim at and shoot these balls out of the air before they concede a goal. You can also charge the ball with energy, making it more likely to find its target. Each of the stadiums in Mario Strikers: Charged Football have various characteristics and contraptions, which you must learn to use to your advantage to truly dominate the pitch. Mario Strikers: Charged Football not only features an action-packed single-player mode but also supports four-player action via Nintendo Wi-Fi connection, letting you take part in online tournaments!

Use the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller to control the ball, score goals and control the goalkeeper.
Form a team by choosing one of 12 captains and three of eight sidekicks.
Utilise each captain's special skills and Mega Strikes to score.
Use the unique characteristics of each stadium to help you win.
Features Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection multiplayer action for up to four players online.

Poor stupid woolworths. They went out of business because they had sold overpriced garbage you could buy anywhere for half the price anywhere else. British institution or not, such romantic notions quickly go out the window when you try to screw the customer. Now they have come online and are doing the same. Wonder how long they will stay afloat with their hideous prices online.

Well they have been doing it for a very long time, or the new owners have anyway. Its just another re-branding of 'Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited' or to give them there better known name, Littlewoods and the merry band of countless online catalog stores they own. So im sure they will last a little while longer.

Thanks voted hot!
