I bought this game in my local Tesco store in Evesham, Worcestershire for only £24 last night. I am not sure about availability but Evesham definitely had 3 or 4 copies left on the stand.

In Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, players compete in events that take place in environments based on the official venues of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Using a supporting cast of characters from the amazing worlds of both Mario and Sonic, gamers can compete as or against a range of lovable personalities including Mario, Sonic, Luigi, Knuckles, Yoshi, Tails and more. Innovative usage of the Wii and DS control systems to maneuver a favorite character allow players to race the likes of Mario and Sonic down the 100m track, engage in exhilarating rallies in table tennis and churn water in a swimming heat, all while competing for the much sought after gold medal.

Hope there are still some left although I guess probably not. Saw this in Evesham on Monday night but there was no stock - hence no post at that point. Also Quedgeley in Gloucester had none but were selling at the same price when they have stock.
Doesn't look to be a promo price either as it was a normal shelf edge label and no larger barkers present.

Tesco Golden Rule

If Theres An Item For Sale (anything) Even If Its On An Offer Bogof
Go Upto Customer Services Ask For A Price Promise For That Offer
There Cant Refuse So Even If This Game Went 2 35 Quid You Would Get It For The 24 Quid
The Only Catch Is That There Cant Be Any On The Shelf
You Will Get It For The Price On The Ticket Fact
