The idea is that by choosing your ingredients in 4 steps you then mirror this in your cooking - here's how:

1) Stir fry your meat or fish, choices include chicken, beef and prawns until cooked.

2) Add some some healthy fresh vegetables to the mix.

3) Once your veg has softened throw on the tasty sauce you selected. Stir it in making sure it is all well mixed.

4) Now time for the carbs, depending on weather you selected rice or noodles. These will probably require microwaving or steaming. Simply follow the instructions on the packaging for best results.

This is how you cook in 4 steps, and the end result feeds two hungry individuals - all for £6.99! At that price you can afford a nice bottle of white wine to wash it all down with.

Not bad...freshly cooked meal for 2 for £6.99

Not too sure where I can get more info from as it is not online....hope this is enough :)

I'd say so, did a thai green curry from scratch last night for a few quid less.

It's all about convenience I guess...

Makin anything is easy if you get your prep done, I'll PM you a couple of links that may come in useful.

Obv. I already had my spices etc, otherwise I would have been WELL over £6.99!!!

I got this on Sat... not sure if it's a great deal but it is convenient and got just the right amount to share between two of us.

I got the thin noodles, prawns, laksa sauce and a veg pack.

Tasted great. Would buy it again.
