Am I alone in finding it increasingly difficult to get excited about this deal. The food is usually below the standard expected of M&S & the portions are one hungry man size. The wine is usually okay, but overall I am not convinced the deal is good value.

How many pedants does it take to change a light bulb?
It's not change it's 'replace'

Yes sounds like you're alone. We both have good appetites but find there's plenty of food and we've never had a bad bottle of wine. Indeed the wine is usually of a very high standard considering the price.

I picked up the rotisserie chicken from the offer last month, and having gone through them until I found the biggest one, I got one priced individually at £8.41! This easily did three of us along with the rosti and apple pie for pudding. So, I'm happy with it!

Don't get me wrong. I love the two dine offers normally, but from that choice, I can't pick anything that stands out.

Anyone had any of these mains/sides and can vouch they are amazing?

I kind of agree. A lot of fuss is made about these deals but you can usually put together a combo of your own in other stores for similar money.

people posting about this deal should be viewed as quite quality "advertising" on this free website if it is a good deal, many times it is just easier to look on the net. i don't (and im sure many others don't) regularly check m&s website but do check this site more frequently for overall good bargains in places, and if something on the deal looks yummy I then make a trip into town for it, our m&s isn't ideally located, so these postings can only help sales, not hinder m&s!

but yes they seem to be going downhill from the initial deals :(

I agree. Maybe not as good as when they first started but for £10 with wine you can't really complain.

PRO TIP:

Buy five dine for two and one extra bottle of wine meaning you get 25% off the wine.

Five meals and the extra bottle of wine comes in around £47

Today is the last day. So can anyone pls explain to me, which section should I got for this offer? I went last weekend to M&S in Westfield, they keep asking me to go everywhere. Till finally OH & I gave up. And now I'm more confused cause in the website, there's this statement:
Excludes M&S Café, Restaurant, Kitchen, Deli Bar, Hot Food to Go and Food Ordering.

What does that mean?
