Cheers for heads up - will pop along to my local (if I can get out of my house with this snowstorm). Got a load of the party food before christmas when it was half price and it was great - mini burgers and chicken kievs etc. Defniitely a bargain if they're all £1 now as they freeze well and can be cooked from frozen so worth stocking up.

OH just got back from town with 12 mini chocolate melt in the middle. One box for £1.

Trouble is she only bought 1 box !!!! an she said they had loads:oops:

So can confirm the deal.

That's really annoying. Popped to my local M&S at lunchtime and picked up a pack of the 12 mini chocolate puddings, but got charged £2.50 for them. Everything on the shelf was marked as half price. Might have to go back and complain and get some at £1 each! What an excuse to get more choclate puds!!!;-)

Loads in M&S Kew, dates up to 10 Jan and all freezable. Most lines were £1 few were half price. Bought loads to fill the freezer (having party end Jan). Staff gave me a voucher for extra £5 discount so bought 30 packs for £25. Some line were £5.99 a pack last week.!!!

I'd better not buy anything from the UK or USA then, because I'll be funding the war in Iraq / Afghanistan

Or Norway cos they kill whales.

How sad. Your information is incorrect and years out of date M&S was founded by two Jewish guys 125 years ago fact. But today if you look at who owns M&S you will find that the biggest investers are insurance companies and pension companies. The prudential is one of the largest share holders followed by Brands a U.S. pension investments company. So assuming that you have any investments/pensions then you own a very small piece of M&S.
M&S has more stores in the Middle East than it has in Israel. So please think before you quote such rubbish.....oh and this is hot deals Uk not a 1970's campaign site.

If you have any investment linked to unit trusts etc i.e. a mortgage endowment policy or even a life insurance policy, you can be sure to have a stake in M&S. And of course they pay corporation tax which goes to fund 'our' Government thereby keeping our taxes lower and they employ thousands of people who in turn pay tax and NI and therefore state benefit payouts are lower so we all benefit:-)

So get down and take advantage of this hot hot hot deal.
