Hi there,

another bargain find to share with all of you Marvel fans out there (I think so anyway).

Six films, at least some of which are great and the others are worth having (for the sake of a full collection if nothing else, I think you marvel fans will know what I mean by this if like many of us you have been bitten by the "love to collect" bug!).

Unfortunately for me, I already have most of these films, so I couldn't warrant splashing out for this one for myself but I did order one for my dad (who is a lifelong fan himself while remaining a very cool dude!) - for a Christmas pressie!

Don't forget possible 4% Cashback from sites such as quidco or topcashback

Hope it's of use to someone :)

Info from another site on the contents:

Includes the following films based on Marvel superheroes: X-MEN, X-MEN 2, X-MEN - THE LAST STAND, ELEKTRA, DAREDEVIL, and FANTASTIC FOUR.

In X-MEN, the titular characters are a team of mutant peacekeepers led by Professor Xavier assigned the task of protecting the human race against the sinister Magneto.

In X-MEN 2, the group once again return to save the world from a group of mutant creatures. In the White House, teleporting blue mutant Nightcrawler menaces the president. Meanwhile in the Canadian Rockies, Wolverine searches for answers to his mysterious past at the top-secret facility where he received his metallic skeleton and claws.

In X-MEN - THE LAST STAND, Worthington Laboratories--using a powerful mutant boy--develops a serum that eliminates the 'mutant X gene' permanently. This so-called 'cure' quickly divides the mutant community; Professor Xavier and his school are willing to give the government the benefit of the doubt but Magneto and his mutant Brotherhood see the serum as a vile threat to their way of life. They form an army of mutants and march on the fortified Worthington Laboratory located on Alcatraz Island. A much more dire threat appears in the form of the resurrected super-mutant Jean Grey, who has succumbed to her cataclysmic identity known as The Phoenix.

In ELEKTRA, the titular character is resurrected after being killed by her former mentor and assigned the task, by The Order Of The Hand, of assassinating a man and his thirteen year old daughter. When she becomes friendly with her potential victims, however, she must do whatever it takes to defend them.

In DAREDEVIL, Matthew Murdoch was blinded in an accident but being covered in a radioactive substance has had the ability to be completely aware of everything that is going on around him. He puts his special powers to good use as a crime fighter.

In FANTASTIC FOUR, four astronauts embark on a space mission that goes wrong. The ship's owner - who later transforms into evil Doctor Doom - refuses to abort the mission during a solar storm, which electrifies the ship and its entire crew, causing radical changes to their DNA. Back on earth, the transformed 'heroes' adjust to their new powers, which are specific to their personalities. Mister Fantastic, who lacks assertion, has stretchy limbs of rubber. Invisible Woman, who loves Fantastic but thinks he can't see her for who she really is, does a disappearing act. The Human Torch, an immature guy who is brimming with energy, can burst into flames. And finally, The Thing, a great friend who is as solid as a rock, actually turns into one - and loses his wife due to his weighty disposition. Holing up in Fantastic's scientific lab where they run experiments on themselves in hopes of changing back to normal, the crew learns that Doctor Doom - who is so power hungry that he turns into metal and is able to conduct electrical currents - poses a serious threat. The heroes quickly master their abilities and channel their scientific smarts for one truly fantastic five-way face-off.

Been this price for months and posted many times before. Good price though.
Got this a while back, think it was a pound cheaper. Still a very good deal though for 6 films.

Although my box is still sealed, as I haven't had time to watch any of the films, damn these impulsive bargain buys!
This was on shopping channel for £9.95 the other day too. (Plus £7.99 pp). So I think it's a good deal!
got this a while back, well worth it
Would've been nice if it had F4: Rise of the Silver Surfer too.

This is good value - but no way a hot deal as it's been this price for ages.

BTW - for some reason find-dvd doesn't seem to list anymore - does anyone know why?

 Thanks for the info - I was getting quite worried thinking find-dvd were excluding retailers.
Great price. I must've missed this when posted before. Just ordered, thanks!
Thanks, I remember this being posted before but I thought it expired before I could order it. Maybe it was even cheaper before. Still, a good deal.
£37 now
it lists,'s new name, same site STILL exists :S
Gutted that I missed this - if anyone can point me in the direction of one of the deals listed for this I would be very grateful?

HMV have it in stock for £14.99. Scince when I was saying the price was the same it was the same company! It seems 101Cd and BLAH are tightly knit with as their prices have also gone up from £10.25 to £37.

If you can be patient it may drop in price again...
Thx for this - went for this deal as I still reckon the HMV price represents a good deal!

Have a little bit of rep for taking the time to check this out & post back!

Soth 8-)
