Seems like a good price for Mass Effect 1 & 2. Some other good deals on this weekend too see link below: http://store.steampowered.com/search/?specials=1&os=win,mac

Does this go through Origin?

They're both Steam keys, but Mass Effect 2 can also be redeemed on Origin.

Edit: You'll need to locate your Steam key (as this is purchased direct from them) and enter it onto your Origin account to activate it there too, if you wish.

There are rumours of an imminent remaster of the trilogy, so might be worth looking out for that if it floats your boat.

mass effect remaster news

Sounds quite far off... This is a good price for two games I didn't get around to finishing on xbox360!

I hated ME2 when it came out but just played ME1 four times in succession wot get the platinum trophy and now playing ME2 in Insanity and enjoying it quite a bit, although I hate constantly running out of ammo, stupidest thing they did from ME1 to ME2.

Shame ME3 is through Origin only.

Can anyone who owns the games already confirm if they have added controller support yet? Would be nice to play these with an Xbox one controller.

I'm the opposite way. I loved Mass Effect 2 but always found the first one to be completely unplayable.

Got me excited but then I noticed ME3 is not included:/

Love mass effect, one of my favourite storylines.

2 and 3 are coming to Xbox One when there finally fixed, can't wait to replay them.

No controller support but there are mods that add it:

ME2 - http://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect2/mods/62/?

Shame ME3 is through Origin only.

Why? Origin is miles better than Steam. I'm not entirely sure why but upon a re-install of Windows Steam decided that despite being sat on my secondary drive, it needed to download the entire games again. Origin on the other hand, just found them all and re-instated the links. I fully expect to be the only person in the entire world to have experienced this but it does still show how useless Steam is.

Steam works fine for me, just had to add the old game library folder and it found them all.
