Good price for MBT's. There are a lot of cheaper copies available which is probably why these are cold. Heat from me.

Bought a pair of Nama MBTs yesterday for £99 less 20%. The 20% has been a standard reduction for several weeks in my local outlet store. Are you saying prices have been reduced since yesterday? The MBTs shown in your link were more expensive yesterday than the ones shown in your post. If so, I'll take the Namas back tomorrow for a refund but buy another pair if they have been further reduced. Also bought 2 pairs of the cheap version at Lidle for £19.99 yesterday. Bought my first pair of MBTs beginning of last month because of back problems. Pain has been much reduced since wearing them.

MBT are anit-shoes. They describe themselves as footwear that helps corrects balance, posture and protects your back, your knees etc. The are supposed to emulate walking on sand because apparantly science says we should not be walking flat footed. They come highly recommended by foot specialists and chiropractors etc. Are you familiar with FitFlops? These are the original 'balance-board' footwear but obviously better for all year round use. In answer to your question do they work - I only got mine on Friday so it's too early to tell. They are rubbing my ankles though which is really annoying because I like them and they are otherwise comfortable. Shop assistant told me to wear them indoors and get used to them or I can take them back but I really want them to work. Hope that helps.

Not prescription but corrective for balance and posture - can be used by anyone.

They have been around £50 all week at my local store (Bromley) so it's possible that they have been further reduced. I think they are making way for new stock. Worth a try!

The offer is in store only but you might need to go on the site to find your nearest outlet store.

I have bad posture and a really bad back I was looking at the vibram five fingers but maybe these would be better? I have started wearing my running shoes around and to work which make life easier but they look mad, five fingers also look crazy. will investigate these also.
