matchbox misprice - £4.99 @ Argos
these little light and sound vehicles must have been on offer before c'mas {3 for 2} when they were full price £9.99.
now in the sale at half price, the offer is still on...... but the original price is being discounted. therefore instead of 3 for £20, it's now 3 for £5. great for unexpected birthday parties.......or like me if you're buying for c'mas 2008. just ordered online. grab a bargain.

However, once I proceed to reserve online for instore collection, the basket shoots up to £15 reflecting the correct price.

Strange - mine worked fine and my confirmation of reservation says as below but I doubt if will go thru instore at this price? Will find out tomorrow i guess!

if you saying it isnt 4.99 for 3 items then you are a numpty and why not base your comments on actually testing what has been said by adding 3 lots to a trolley and then see it show 4.99 for 3 items
Would be nice if we got these at the special offer price but not holding my breath. Have reserved some so will find out myself tomorrow.
1 for £5, 2 for £10 and then 3 for £5 in the main basket page.
Once I try to reserve online for instore collection - the price on screen is £15.
I give up !!

When there was a similar misprice/offer after xmas with the banana baskets, I was still charged the full price when I went instore tho.:oops:
