We got this for our son last year, and have to say it's very simple to play, but really great fun, and unlike many modern games is actually quite sturdy and well made for a change.A lot of games tend to get played a few times, and then stuffed at the back of a cupboard, but we've found this gets played more often than most.
Also, it doesn't use batteries, which is really good to know, as quite often, the batteries get left in a game for ages, and then when you do decide to play, it won't work as the batteries have leaked inside!

At this price, I couldn't recommend it enough if you're looking for a good fun game, that'll last longer than Christmas! and they had plenty of stock.

BTW The next best price I found was Tesco.com £10.99, so for £7.99 it's an absolute bargain (well IMO anyway, as I paid £15 last year!).

I agree - bout this for my then 5 yr old and 3 yr old last yr and was one of very few games they could play together. HOT

got my son it a couple of yr ago im sure it was £20 my son went mad for it, i didnt want to buy it seemed too much money for what it was and i thought it looked boring ! boy was i wrong it was the most played with toy he got and he still plays with it we can all join in and it always has us laughing highley recomended for boys and girls brilliant price HOT HOT HOT

I haven't bothered posting but another good one is Ali Baba, the Chad Valley version is reduced to only £5.99 in Argos at the moment.It plays the same as Buckaroo, but we enjoyed Ali Baba more as you can watch the man fly off!
This Chad Valley version, is identical to the Tomy game of the same name, which we bought from Toys R Us for I think £12 last year.

As you say @ £7.99 it's a steal, but even £15 seems good compared to Argos, their price is a staggering £16.49 today!! so if anyone else is looking to get this game, well worth taking a trip to your local Home Bargains, even with Petrol costs, most will save enough to get some other bits!

Argos is a good example of why you should (And can, thanks to this site and it's posters) always think about what you're paying, not what you think you're saving!

Just a heads up, but if you don't have a Home Bargains nearby, or they've run out, then I've just had an email from Azaon informing me that they now have it for £10.97! obviously more expensive, but probably, the next best price.

Hi, just a heads up, but Home Bargains are still selling these for only £7.99.Went to Bletchley the other day, and they'd got some more in, so maybe other stores have also had some more stock of these.
