You are what you eat and when you see the type of person with these in their trolley it should give you the incentive not to buy them and eat healthy.

Good point raised earlier. Get as many as you can and give them to a food bank. If you're broke and starving you won't be complaining about this.

Do your bit people!

They are actually not that bad. The fat content if fairly low and is mostly vegetable oil. Of course I can only guess at the quality of the chicken but really it seems there are far worse foods that Fridge Raiders. I think the name does them no favours.

People also pay a lot to drink coca cola. smoke cigarettes and destroy their liver with all sorts of alcohol.

The point you are trying to make, if it is related to free will then it is a valid point if you are being a complete an utter **** then i guess you sir are right on point and truly in character. carry on!

I eat these a few times a week as a post workout snack, full of protein. Fine when eaten I'm moderation and with a well balanced diet.

Not all people who eat these are overweight and unfit.

Processed food most foul!

It's funny how everyone on HUKD seems to be obsessed with healthy eating and yet Britain is the second fattest nation on this planet. :)

To try and actually make the first actually useful comment in this thread: I tried in the Stoke Festival Park store and they scanned at £1.28. Either expired or just that one store.

Processed food most foul!

The irony about all these type of comments is if you actually look at the ingredients they are not that bad. If someone posted a deal for smoked sausages or burgers you wouldnt get comments as bad as this.
