Went into superdrug today and saw Maxell 1 GB usb flash drives for 0.99p
Seems a good deal to me!
Think this is instore only, can't see them online.

Maxell Maxstix USB Flash Drive 2.0 is the model.

This was in the Skelmersdale store.

Anyone have any 2gb offers?

BARGAIN!

No they only had 1gb drives, they had 2 types, both Maxell the other one being retractable but was wider so could be a problem if the usb's are close together, if that make sence!

None in woolwich.
#4
any in birmingham?

Watch out cos Maxell are the nuisance ones with the irritating password protect thing

A cheap 1GB stick is still only a 1GB stick, and to be honest, with prices now down to roughly £1 per GB across all sizes up to 16GB, this is really just in line with standard prices.

Sure you won't find many places selling a 1GB stick this cheap, but then not many people are still looking to buy such low capacity sticks.

Hi, I live in Ormskirk, there was 4 left near the batteries, i would be quick, wish i had got a few now.

Thanks OP. Picked up a few from Bracknell - none left now. Had to ask because none on display. There are two types Black retractable and Pink standard ones.

1GB is still useful for utility boot disks when working on PCs - as to the guy who claims 1GB per £1 is the norm now - I don't think so!

Don't see any £4 4GB sticks or £8 8GB sticks anywhere!

No stock anywhere in the North East. I want a deal on 1-2gb sticks to put individual WAV albums on to play direct on my new dac, these would have been ideal!

Not everyone has a hard drive and some 360's have built in memory. Personally I have 2 360's and regularly take my profile/saves with me to play at friends houses. A USB pen dirive is a lot easier to carry and switch between consoles compared to a bulky and expensive HDD.

Thanks, I will check my local today.

You sure you've got the right store? I've been in 2 different branches of Superdrug and neither appear to sell anything USB related whatsoever. Whereabouts in the store were they?
