Please be kind - this is my first bargain posting...

We have been after a group 1 car seat for our daughter, and decided to get a Maxi Cosi Axiss as it has a really smart swivelling seat to make it easier to strap your child in. Been looking out for cheap deals on these, but they all seem to be between £190-£210. The missus has been online tonight and found it on Amazon for £143.80. Hope this is of use to someone in a similar position to us.

Thank you very much! Had ordered one from boots but will return that one when it comes. Did check on Amazon before but was £189. Have been looking for one for a while too at a good price and this is brilliant thanks very much for posting.

There is a car seat checker here you can try:
Thanx, have already tried checking on their site but it does not give a yes or no to that particular seat & car, have also spoken to dorel the manufacturer of the seat but they say they can not advise, can only buy car seats in Halfords & Mothercare where we live & neither stock this seat instore & say if we order online & the seat does not fit the belt in the car that it is non-returnable once opened, so feeling pretty cautious at spending £200 in case it does not fit! Help!!;-)
