aren't gym towels really only for putting on the equipment/seats to stop you having to wipe them afterwards (and sit in other people's sweat when *they* don't wipe up), rather than as a drying towel?

Shame it's not a protein shaker bottle instead of a water bottle. Still, good deal.

Different item. Actually, for the pedantic, same item different brand.

Reserved one to collect but won't be ready until 7th July? Never had that before, usually it's either in stock immediately or not available from a store.

Huh? Exactly the same item, exactly the same brand (Maximuscle), exactly the same Argos link.

dammit, got these when they were £3.99 also the other month

HENCH!

same price on their ebay outlet + nectar points (albeit not many)

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Maximuscle-Gym-Set-/351012710419?pt=UK_Men_s_Bags&hash=item51b9fce813

going off the revisions page, they only reduced the set from £3.99 to £2.99 yesterday, given there were some sold on 25th June at £3.99, so on ebay at least they haven't been £2.99 for a year.

Sorry...my fault for not being more precise in the post. I was refering to the Maxitone item linked in the first reply on that thread which for some reason has remained at £3.99 while the Maximuscle has gone down to £2.99

Crap towel, a bag that should be given away free for free advertising for them, and a rubbish water bottle (not even a shaker!) If I was handed this at an exhibition, I wouldn't even take it!

ordered one for my 4 year old for when he goes to footy training :-) thank you hot from me!

Had one reserved, thanks for the reviews I'm going to take a swerve on this one - last thing I want is leaky water bottles and useless towels. Hot as saved me £2.99 for NOT buying this - now that's a bargain.
