Not a great deal imo, works out quite expensive per serving at that price. I know its quality stuff but you arent going to see much more of a difference in gains than if you were to use nutrisport 5kg for 45 quid. Not voted either way though

I do have to disagree. To pack on muscle you need lots of protein. You really wouldn't do your guts any good if you ate the amount of meat you'd need to.

I'd love to know how big you are p-e-t-e with a comment like that. If you're packing on muscle with a lifter's weight routine there is no way you can take on protein from a normal diet. A typical programme would work out at around 6-8 cans of tuna a day. Useless comment.

Regarding the deal... it is hot for a Maximuscle product as they are normally twice that. However yes you can find far better deals with non-branded supplements which work out much better per serving. Well done for this find though... I know a few friends that stick with the branded stuff so they'll be told about this. Lol
