may be a good price for this but I'm sure the actual protein content is quite low

Save your money and buy chocolate and a few tins of tuna/ bottles of milk. Far cheaper. I'd rather enjoy eating my calories. And if you're busy... peanut butter is out there for you.

Good price for a good brand - 30% protein. Thanks OP.

Contains 30% Protein and it's a good brand!

Be careful guys bought two of these lately and they were 6 months out of date. Probably won't kill you, but why should you get stuff out of date!

I don't think they are out of date because the reviews seem to be good!

it's 30g not 30%, so for a 50g scoop it's 60%

well ignore me, that's 30g for a 125g scoop! bit of a joke, I'd see this as more of a supplement then. more a cardio shake

Progain is a weight gainer not a sole protein supplement. It exists to get the calories in, therefore it will consist heavily of carbs with less protein and fats.

Sugar content is ridiculous in this. Waste of money the whole band is bad
#16
is this the one you need for slim built people? to be putting on weight?

Ordered a couple of weeks ago and emailed a few days after taking money saying out of stock so asked for a different flavour, they said ok then came back a day later saying it's all out of stock.
I cancelled and reported them to Ebay as they still try selling it with quick delivery and yet have no stock?!?
Very dodgy!

30% is not a lot at all... I would expect more from a mass gainer... should be above 70% at least
