We don't take kindly to actions like that around here. We like to vote hot purely for the item being listed at a low price. If its available to more than one store has no impact on us. !:whistling:

/ sarcasm

Great deal if in a few stores, will have a look out when I'm out next.
#5
can somone tell me if i can plug this in my samsung dvd player and if ti will read the video files pls.

Your Samsung can playback DivX files, and has a USB-Host function, so yes - it should work fine.
There's two caveats I can think of :
1. You'll probably need to have the Maxtor drive formated as FAT32, for the Samsung to read it - Google will tell you how to do this
2. You'll need to make sure your video files really are DivX files - Google will tell you how to do this
#24
Going to check my local store (telford) in an hour... I will post if they have any.

(Its a Tesco Home store).

seems to support mass storage so I don't see why not. Make sure you format fat32 though not NTFS, lots of devices dont like NTFS.

Luckily for the OP the mods have taken away my ability to vote and expire deals.

Why would you do this anway? The deal has only been on for 40mins and you already want it expired. Kudos to the mods.

Why did they do that?, not that it should be expired just yet...we need more reports from HUKDers around the Country as to availability.

How did you get to that conclusion, just because a handful of stores doesn't have, it means it isn't real? :?
