Top features:

- Handy portable storage for on-the-go computing

- Fast data transfer with USB 3.0

- Secure your data with SafetyKey and SecretZone software

- AutoBackup software makes it quick and easy to back up your files

Handy portable storage

The Maxtor M3 Portable Hard Drive makes it easy to transport essays, multimedia, business data, and more.

A lightweight, compact and durable design means this Hard Drive is ready for on-the-go computing.

Fast data transfer

USB 3.0 delivers super-quick data transfer that's over 10 x faster than USB 2.0 – great if you have lots of large files to transfer.

Secure your data

The M3 comes with software preloaded to keep your files protected – SafetyKey offers protection for your data, while SecretZone can encrypt data on the device.

AutoBackup

Back up your documents and multimedia quickly and easily with AutoBackup software. This reduces the amount you have to manually transfer yourself, while keeping your data safe.

I bought the 4TB version of this recently off groupon for 80 odd quid. I know it's not relevant here, not the same price, but I just wanted to point out you can get more TB per less buck.

I too got a Samsung 2tb one for £53 from dabs online about 6 months ago.. I can only think they will have got cheaper now, sorry

Probably worth getting the 2TB Seagate on Prime (use the free trial month) for about 10 bucks more. but I know some people on here are very anti to that brand..

Badly need to upgrade my PS4's storage, and hard drive prices aren't exactly falling down in price right now!

my two Toshiba canvio 2tb portables were under £50 each last year, really shouldn't have to pay more than £25 per TB for portable drives now
