Just purchased this myself so I thought I would share.

Just to make anyone interested aware, this is only study materials, doesn't include the exam fees, these are usually £300, sometimes if you but 3 exams at the same ,time you get them for £250

I brought this a few weeks back. It is perfect for people like me who know server 2003 / 2008 and want study material for 2012. It is easy to understand and well worth the money. It is one of the best virtual courses I have used.

Thanks for that comment this is good to know I've been using 2012 for a while but have only done 2008 courses.

Use the Microsoft Virtual Academy to revise also (free) and there are other resources for learning legacy solutions alongside Server 2012 and 2012 R2

This does not appear to be R2 material. Just something to consider as the ex's are now based on R2. Still a good deal.

Did a search on the first course, exams are £99

70-414 is not pleasant

5 exams for the full MCSE unless you are upgrading.

https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-gb/mcse-server-infrastructure-certification.aspx

You do get the MCSA after the first 3 exams though:

https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-gb/mcsa-windows-server-certification.aspx

The exams are £99 each unless you get some kind of bundle. Microsoft usually do a "second shot" promotion for a few months in the first half of the year which gives you a free retake if you fail.

Is this guide better than the books? The books all get bad reviews on Amazon.
