I'm a bit of a Jaffa cake addict, and as soon as i read the post about those mahoosif boxes, hijacked a forklift and broke the speed of sound to get to our 'local' .... none left

Jelli, if you start posting supermarket deals the forums will be even more flooded than they are now. Please don't

Message understood... but why have i not read this advice to anyone else who has posted a supermarket deal? Why are Asda (amongst others) available from the drop down menu?
Every day HUKD is flooded with T.V's, mobile phones, memory cards and the like - why is their posting not critisised ?

I would say it's always worth posting something. If the community doesn't like it then it won't get responses and it won't get votes and it will sink down. If you get a bunch like that in a row it's a good indication people aren't too interested. Most people here are interested in mobile/electronics deals which is why they are the popular ones to post.

I think the ethos of the site is to save us pounds and not pennies on low value items or the site will flooded with "Cadburys cream egg, 5p off"

I agree there is no need for supermarket deals unless they are on larger items such as electricals

the problem then always becomes, getting things in the wrong forum...

If you use the front page you can filter by category. All deals already are in categories like mobiles, computers etc.

Nobody complained about Asda's Pre-Xmas Tins of Celebrations/Quality Street/Choc Orange deal for £3.50 a tin.

Voted HOT at 332.2 °

Tins of CelebrationsQuality StreetChoc Orange for £3 .50 ea. inc del.

Why discriminate against SM deals. Sell by dates permitting you can save more by buying in bulk. Some Supermarket Deals like Tesco Wine and the one mentioned above are far more successful than all the over posted, unknown rubbish electrical brands that clutter this forum.

It's a cake for tax reasons just like I am a 65yr old single pregnant woman with 18 kids for tax reasons.
