I'm just back from Tesco Silverburn, Glasgow and bought 2 packs of Jaffa Cakes for £1.19 and both packs had 100% extra free so I got 48 cakes for £1.19!

No. That deal is for 24 cakes for 62p (therefore 48 cakes for £1.24). The deal I posted is for 48 cakes for £1.19.
