Does anyone know how gamecollection are with games that go missing In the post? I bought a game as a gift and got a dispatched email on the 11th (last Monday) and it still hasn't showed up. I know that retailers at zavvi etc usually mention in thier dispatch emails that if you don't receive the goods after 10 working days then you can contact them about it but I didn't see anything like that from the gamecollection email or thier site and I'm starting to get worried that I won't get the game or a refund for it going missing. I thought that if 1 retailer could chase up missing items then they all can

You're only reading what you want to then

2 Waiting for your order to arrive
Your order is with the Royal Mail who state that 90% of their First Class mail arrives the next day, but if yours doesn't the Royal Mail has the following advice:

Is it less than 4 working days since your mail should have arrived?
If so, hold tight, it's probably on its way but may have been held up by an incomplete address, no Postcode, or unusual circumstances.

Is it 4 to 10 days since your mail should have been delivered?
If so, the Royal Mail classes your item as officially delayed and they recommend that you should

check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them
check any outhouses you might have where mail may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox
contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

Have 14 days past since you item was posted to you?
The Royal Mail will now class your item as lost and we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund. Please contact us stating your order reference number and confirming that you have never received the item as we will pursue the issue with the Royal Mail for compensation and your email/letter will be used as evidence.

*NOTE* We cannot refund or replace items that the Royal Mail has lost until 14 days after the date it was dispatched to you.

Anyone know when the beta comes out then?

Superb game. The main campaign was better than Battlefield BC2's.

i've still never heard of them.

very cool game.

The multiplayer I liked especially. It is harder than the likes of COD and Battlefield, in the sense it's easier to die and it takes a lot more effort to get new guns etc. Seems more realistic than others without being operation flashpoint dull :)

Agreed but then that wasn't hard! BFBC2 was clearly all about the multiplayer with a poor single player effort.

I would expect the beta September/October-ish.

Medal of HONOUR is quite a good FPS - I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Sure, you can moan about the difficulty, but if it is a fun game, who cares?

Better on PS3 though.
