Great find for your first deal just ordered thanks

Play never had Tier One. Tier One had a few more unlocks (An extra Assault Class camo skin and the M60 if I remember rightly) than the Limited Edition but not much.

How does the BF3 Beta access work?

There's a code in the box for extended online play and BF3 beta access.

To all: from what I read the MOH campaign is short but sweet. Compare that to the short but...splitting MW2 campaign and it is the exact same.

Does look quite good, and I look forward to playing it. Just to note : this is not EXCLUSIVE beta access. You will get access to the BF3 beta just as gamers did earlier this year for BFBC2.

IGN sez different:-

Medal of Honor feels several years behind its shooter competition. Enemies typically fire from one place without moving from point to point, and combat becomes an exercise in Taliban Whack-a-Mole as you'll wait for a head to robotically pop up from cover. The only dangerous points throughout the game came from enemies that I couldn't see or positions that I literally couldn't hit before triggering another scripted sequence.

This is a problem given that Medal of Honor is one of the most unstable console releases I've seen this year. Throughout the single-player campaign, there were at least four instances of game-breaking scripting bugs that forced me to restart from an earlier checkpoint (and did I mention that the checkpoints are poorly spaced out and often too far apart?). This isn't counting the numerous other technical issues I encountered. Textures and graphical effects popped in and out like a strobelight, sound that cut out completely at times (sending static over my home theater system), and entire pieces of scenery in the near-distance appearing and disappearing seemingly at random. My personal favorite moment had to be the point where one of my AI squadmates turned a bizarre inverted dark and light combination of red and blue, but the most damning visual problem is a framerate that dips into or just above the single digits when there are too many explosions and gunshots going off - which happens a lot.

Must be one of the only people that have struggled to like COD black ops. I've only played the story mode so far, but the story for me isn't as strong as it usually is. I haven't liked the medal of honor games for a long time (Since the PS2). But this one actually surprised me. I actually liked the story mode in this game, it won't be up to the standard of COD black ops for some people, but at £17.99 (Less than half the price) who can complain.

Tier One editions are OOS at GAME, Gameplay and Gamestation, the stores at which it was an exclusive.

Good luck finding a brand new one with unused code.

Oops! Having said all this, I just ended up buying this as it has full 'frontlines' game included. 10-15 hours gameplay and re-sale of about £15 cant be bad really. Black OPs cost me nearly twice as much and completed it in less than 4 hours and it wasnt a great game either.
